Great place to train your Jiu-jitsu here. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and friendly and they wont hesitate to answer any questions and guide the students. They have great facilities here like the Recovery Room which consist of 2 x cold plunge tank & a Sauna Room. 2 x shower room very clean and well kept.

Made an enquiry without committing to a purchase, and got nothing but condescension when it seemed I wasn’t going to buy a membership. I don’t owe u a sale just coz I made an enquiry. I am a busy mother juggling work and life better than most, and not looking for cursory time management advice. Edit: I posted one month ago, and my screenshots were removed. Posting again so the screenshots remain. I type our conversation here in case my screenshots of our chat get taken down again: “These are some of the students who just ended their may beginner course” “Oh but this is only for the central location. Haha I live within walking distance of the siglap branch” (More information given) (Follow up by carpe diem) “Thanks for following up. I will pass for this round. A bit over committed this month” “😒 life will always get in the way Winnie “

Definitely a place to keep you sweating from start to end of the session. People here are relatively more serious hobbyists to competitors. Not one to diss other gyms, but much prefer CD as their coaches don’t have an old school mentality or tell their grandfather story during class times. Definitely tough for beginners, but give it 3-5 sessions and it’ll dial in. Though it seems like they offer beginner courses now.. CD proves that belts don’t matter, mentality do. PS: Give the trial a go before committing to other gyms too, if it’s not for you, it’s not for you, but many came and stayed. :)

Great clean place, mats are always cleaned and mopped between classes, i have seen some places not doing that. Coaches are amazing, very clear explanation on techniques with repetition so we understand the movements before doing drills. Coaches are super attentive and gives feedbacks on techniques. Very happy to be in this gym!

Great location, clean facilities, but more importantly, a welcoming community. Instructors are clear in teaching, and continuously make an effort to ensure you don't feel out of place. They also emphasize being safe with training partners, and are willing to spend extra time even after class to help.
