I've been attending this school for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are consistently clean and offer numerous luxuries that enhance my learning environment. The teachers demonstrate an impressive level of knowledge and are incredibly motivating, which has greatly contributed to my noticeable improvement in both skills and physical health over the last five months. What truly sets this school apart is the positive and welcoming energy radiating from everyone involved. The environment is always filled with positivity, making each class an uplifting and enjoyable experience. I'm grateful to be a student here and look forward to continuing my journey of growth and learning.

This academy is incredible! The coaches are skilled, patient, and truly care about your progress. Classes are well-structured and team culture is welcoming, respectful, and ego-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking to train Jiu Jitsu! 🥋💪🏼

My oldest started there when he was 4 and a half years old and as soon as my youngest was old enough he started. This has became a foundation for my family in all areas of life. The owners of the gym Felipe and Sofia are incredible, not enough words to describe the impact they’ve had on so many lives, especially for my children and myself. Not only is it an incredible jujitsu school, with world champions as professors, it’s so much more than that also. Highly recommended!

Best jiu-jitsu school around. Myself, my wife and 2 children have been training at JJ4L for years now and I have to say it's the dest decision we have made. The school is very family oriented & the professors here are top notch! Thanks for making our experience so great!

I started Jiu Jitsu 4 years ago at this gym and I couldn’t be happier with the atmosphere and culture Sofia and Felipe have created. I’ve trained at other gyms and here at JJ4L they make you feel like family. They encourage you to do your best and help others. They are patient, attentive and you truly feel that they want you to learn and improve your jiu jitsu and be a lifetime practitioner. They welcome everyone and make sure you’re making the most of every training class. JJ4L is one of the top schools in SOFLO and their kids classes are superb!
