  An amazing place to learn self-defense, with a big emphasis on DEFENSE. The gym is filled with a great collection of people who look to help you not just bully you. It all starts with Jorge being a great teacher and mentor but includes the entire staff!

It is a safe learning environment for all; men, women, young and old (like me) to build the confidence and skills needed to defend yourself physically and mentally.
