1 month in, I'm signing up for another. Paul offers a unique opportunity in a rural area. I can only speak on the Jiu-jitsu side; They have great coaches Paul and Lucas both kick butt and offer a interactive learning environment, you'll also meet other local individuals trying to better themselves just like you, it's an excellent cardio workout and you'll work muscles you forgot you had.

My family and I moved back to Houston from the Springfield area and were searching for activities for our kids to participate in, not having high expectations since the area is smaller than we're used to. When I saw there the Jiu Jitsu Outlet, I was so excited and signed our boys up (11 and 6 yrs old). They both love the classes so much! Coach Paul is very patient with all the kids and leads classes that keep the kids interested and excited while teaching respect and discipline. My husband joined not long after and loves it just as much. Very grateful for Paul and the community that he's grown. My household of guys love training days and I love that they have an activity they can experience together while getting stronger and healthier - physically and mentally.

Paul is building an incredible community of martial artists in Houston, MO! Not only do you get to train with an experienced instructor, but you have countless opportunity to learn and compete in the local events he attends. The riverside training facility has its perks as well if you need a quick cool off after training! Highly recommend this gym if you’re in the Houston (or Salem) area!

Incredible class and instructor! I take the class with my sons. Paul is awesome at managing the kids and keeping them motivated. We enjoy the workout and learning a skill at the same time. My boys come home and practice on the trampoline. My favorite aspect is learning useful things for everyday life, like learning to take a fall without getting badly hurt. We also enjoyed swimming in the river after class when the weather permitted. Beautiful location! I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
