I’ve been attending martial arts with Justin since September of last year and I have thoroughly enjoyed each session. Not only have I become more physically fit, I have become stronger, better with balance, agility, and flexibility. I have also gone down 2 sizes, as this is an incredibly intense workout. To anyone looking to improve their all over physical fitness and well being, I highly recommend. This training is also incredibly useful for self discipline and self defence. Thanks Justin for your training! I look forward to advancing more in this sport!
