This gym is a very welcoming environment to new practitioners. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and make sure you understand stand every aspect of the technique being taught. This gym is also extremely tidy and clean.
Posted 9 months agoI was traveling and stopped in for some mat time. The class's instruction was first rate and the coach was very knowledgeable and showed everything step by step. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Hopefully, I've made some new friends.

The coaches aren’t just skilled—they're always available to clarify doubts and ensure you’re truly learning, not just copying moves. What really sets this gym apart is the structured plan of work. It's not just “show up and learn a random technique of the day.” There’s a clear progression, with concepts, reasoning, and real knowledge being taught. The culture is incredible—supportive, respectful, and focused. You feel like you're part of something bigger than just a training session. The gym itself is spotless, well-organized, and safety is clearly a priority. You can train hard knowing you're in good hands, both technically and physically. If you're serious about learning Jiu-Jitsu the right way, this is the place to be.

Posted 8 months agoThis is a great facility. The staff is very helpful and the coaches take the time with each student. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to start your Jui Jitsu journey!
