This was the first tme I had ever been to a MMA gym. Everyone was super friendly with no egos and very accommodating considering I was a beginner. I really enjoyed trying this even though this was far from my comfort zone.

Highly recommend this gym. I had the pleasure of training under Rob and the team at integrated for a few years whilst living on the Sunshine Coast. Having trained at numerous gyms since relocating I can truly say training under Rob is as good as it gets. Rob is a lifelong martial artist who truly lives and breathes martial arts. Extensive knowledge in jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing, muay thai and various other arts. I don't think you would find a better gym if you want to learn mixed martial arts.

I have been training with Rob and the team for around 18 months now and highly recommend coming in for a trial! If you are just starting out or looking to get back into it, this is the place to go! Very humble gym with excellent, experienced coaches. There is no ego just good classes with a friendly team who want to support you along your MMA journey.

Great education and respect for the art, the coaches here are amazing and technical as well as good at actually teaching and the finer details. Kids classes are amazing and my son thoroughly enjoys his time here. I could not recommend this gym enough for anyone looking in the area.

This is the best martial arts gym I've ever been to. They have established a great environment and are very inclusive and encouraging to new members regardless of age or skill level. There are no ego's or anyone trying to prove a point, just a group of likeminded people wanting to train and learn new skills. The coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable and have a great spread of experience in multiple disciplines. I highly recommend this gym and am so glad I train here.
