  Professor Tim freeman ran a virtual seminar for my gym in Eugene, Oregon. It was AMAZING! He was able to teach a progression that left beginner students and black belts satisfied. We all laughed the whole time while learning valuable skills....What more could you ask for? I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and charismatic instructor.

  This gym has an amazing instructor. His teaching method is great, and the Jiu-Jitsu was high level. They really treat you like part of the team. I was just visiting, and I’m so glad I tried this place. I didn’t know until I got there, but the instructor has a Podcast, and has interviewed some of the best in the game.

  I was visiting from out of town & I had an awesome time at their noon class. Coach Jonathan was super chill, detailed & technical with his instruction. Stella & Tim have a great space with such positive vibes. I felt welcomed & had killer training partners. If you’re ever in Stockton, you must visit!

  Like a home away from home, Stella and Tim have created an environment where you look forward to walking in the door and kicking your shoes off. You'll always be greeted by a genuine smile and ecstatic hello, as if Stella's been waiting just for you. The gym is immaculate and the classes can be guaranteed to run on time. As someone who has been intimidated by the sport of jiu jitsu, the instructors and people training there put just as much effort and care into your progress, as they do into their own. This really separates them from the rest, and my entire family comes to this gym as a result of all of the above. I feel confident that my family is learning indispensible skills and creating lasting bonds. This is the spot if you're really looking for it all.

  Wonderfully intimate. The staff feels more like family and always eager to assist with any needs you may have. They offer classes morning, noon and evenings. The evenings are typically fuller, but still plenty of room on the matts. There's a small seating area for friends and family who are always encouraged to participate. Although this is a 10th planet affiliate, traditional bjj is taught in the gi as well giving you a well rounded approach to the sport. Highly recommended.
