I attended Effective Arts Women’s Self Defense Seminar in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Owner/Instructors Dave & Greg with the assistance of Dennis & Carlton, taught us valuable techniques and self defense moves to keep up safe in these changing times. Effective arts is a great family friendly Jiu jitsu gym. Dave, Greg and Anthony all bring their own unique skills and energy to every class. Great vibes and always a very welcoming environment. 10/10 highly recommend.

I've been training at Effective Arts Academy for a year and I can't recommend it enough! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about each student’s progress.
