Absolutely fantastic! We participated in the strength and conditioning class and it really worked every muscle, but it was worth it! I'll definitely go again!

Quality and knowledgable staff, friendly atmosphere and really effective training. I now go every night almost at the affordable price. I've lost over a stone in a month and love learning something new
