Our son has been training with Coach Hugo for about two and half months now, and we’ve already seen amazing progress. His overall fitness and endurance have improved, even started to notice how is getting leaner as he is building muscles, in addition to a big confidence boost for him! We really appreciate how patient and encouraging Coach Hugo is when explaining techniques, and how well he communicates with our son. It’s been a great experience with impressive results in such a short time. Highly recommended!

Knowing Hugo for almost 2 years as my coach and friend. Great coach, his gym is friendly environment, really respectfully place. He know what he is teaching and I always there to help you improve on the mats and outside the mats.
