This is by far the best training center in North County … Tricia the owner is the bomb! She cares deeply about each members experience at her training center! You need not look anywhere else to work out if you’re looking for a clean professional experience!

Gym set up is amazing! Plenty of punching bags, boxing ring, and plenty of open mat space with a cage side. All the coaches are friendly and super knowledgeable. Glad I’ve got a gym close to home with everything I need!

This place is INCREDIBLE! The staff is so attentive, professional, and Great at what they do. It’s such an awesome community that helps you become the best version of yourself. I recommend trying out the Day pass they have to see if you like the coaching!

I've been a member at High Performance Training Center Gym for almost 2 years and I get incredible work outs every time I go. The boxing & cardio work outs are challenging & are meeting my physical fitness needs. The Coaching staff is wonderful.

Love this place! instructors are amazing and the owner is the sweetest! I come here with my daughter, so good for any age or experience level. I’m sure the owner could charge more but she keeps it so affordable.

Stevie is my personal trainer ...he is AWESOME..always so positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. He truly cares Bout my physical fitness and more importantly my health...since working with him I am incredibly surprised at my results. If you select location and this trainer...your in for a great time and great results..he wont let you down 💪

I first started here because I was told that I would be able to work toward competing at the amateur level for boxing. I attended the classes on Tuesdays and Thursday's for about an hour and a half each day for about two months. Despite the fact that I was working toward competition I was always put in a group of people who were just learning to box or their for a boxing cardio workout. During this time I never worked one on one with any of the trainers. I just continued to train hoping things would progress....they didn't. Before leaving I had texted the owner asking about the training I was told I would get at that gym. I never received any kind of reply back. The last straw came when I showed up and nobody was there to run any kind of class. Later that month I emailed Trisha telling her I would like to cancel my membership due to not getting the training I was promised. Once again I did not get a reply back. Later I came to find out that despite canceling my membership she charged another month to my credit card which I found out through a Yelp review she has a habit of doing after you cancel. If you are looking for a serious boxing gym to train at I would look toward somewhere else.
