I love high hat! They have such a great variety of classes, a little something for everyone! A great workout for sure. Everyone is so nice and very inclusive for women and all walks of life 💕 I love the pm FUNdamentals BJJ classes with David!

Friendly and inclusive environment for learning Jiu Jitsu! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Great for all levels. I've trained at several gyms around Burlington and High Hat Jiu Jitsu is my favorite!
