This gym has a very welcoming environment! Everyone is always trying to help each other one way or the other. There is two different locations, so whether you live in east Pittsburgh or near Greensburg, there is probably one close to you. Lots of different times to attend as well.

A great gym. Tommy has made a really safe, unique place in that he encourages everyone to develop their own individual style. He's a fantastic teacher and all of his black belts are as well. All of the instruction is top notch. I've been to a lot of different jiujitsu gyms in the Western PA area and this gym is truly special.

Great place for all levels of training. It's a welcoming environment for everyone. Weather you are looking to get in shape, learn how to defend your self, or become a high level competitor. This is a place you can find it .

I can not say enough great things about high ground. The coaches are great they take the time to work with you and explain things in a manner you can understand. Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly and everyone there wants to see you succeed. Its truly been a great experience there since I have stepped on the mat. Keep up the great work guys you guys are the best around!!!
