I joined HCA just over two years ago and was welcomed warmly by all of the staff and other students. There’s a great sense of community at this gym which makes taking the first step so much easier. Can’t recommend enough.

I've been a member for 5 months and everyone has been friendly. My skills have quickly improved in a short space of time because of the excellent coaching..
