I've been training martial arts for 25 years and was very impressed with my first class at Guardhouse. Super clean facility, excellent tatami, high level instruction, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall an outstanding experience and I’m looking forward to training there again.
Posted 5 months agoAmazing place to be. Clean, organized, with great and kind instructors, well-climatized, and a huge training area. I feel nothing but gratitude toward them. My husband used to train there, but he got injured outside the gym and couldn’t go back to BJJ. Then my 6-year-old daughter started classes there, and now our life is all about BJJ. My husband has recovered, and now I am his training partner. I am learning so much there. The partners and coaches are so patient that you feel comfortable being a beginner, without any shame. I highly recommend this place for your child and for your family. You should give BJJ a try, and this is the best place to start. Gisele
Posted 8 months agoI love this place! I was very comfortble right from the start. Everyone here is friendly and I've been so blown away by the amazing spirit of mutual improvement shown to me by all the experienced grapplers. Now I bring two girls to the wonderful kids classes. They love coming here, too. I hope they will be inspired by the amazing female coaches and by all the great female teammates here. The quality of instruction is high, and my classes have been perfectly challenging. This place is so clean and friendly. 5 stars!

At Guardhouse the attention to details is noticable, from the cleanliness of the gym to the content taught is world class. Mike is amazing teacher with a vast knowledge and easily followed along with. From beginner to advanced there's something for everyone. The other students are friendly and knowledgeable with a willingness to help you. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming and supportive community that feels like a second family. Whether you’re new to BJJ or a seasoned practitioner, the instructors tailor their teaching to meet you at your level and help you grow. One of the standout features of this gym is the insane mat space. It’s massive—plenty of room to roll, drill, and train without ever feeling crowded. The spacious setup creates a professional and comfortable environment where you can focus entirely on improving your skills.
