The classes are a good balance of being accessible and challenging to mutiple levels of experience. If you are brand new and want a good way to get fit in a unique way, this is your place; equally if you have experience and are looking for a technical class with movements broken down into digestible chunks so you can build your game, look no further.

I attended a beginner's class as part of the general open day. The class combined martial art moves with rhythm and music - great for the body and soul. The passion of the instructor is infectious!
