Loved dropping in at Grownt BJJ while I was on the Gold Coast for work. 💙 Huge thanks to Icaro for opening the doors and making me feel so welcome. I'm based in New Zealand, so training at a brand-new gym in another country can be a little daunting, but everyone made me feel like I belonged from the moment I walked in. On holiday and didn’t want to miss to many classes so we decided to check out Growth BJJ, the head coach was very accommodating to my Daughter and I, very knowledgeable and has a great way of teaching and explaining techniques. All round good vibes from everyone!

Me and my partner have started training here. I've done a lot of martial arts, and she hasn't. We're training together, with others, learning loads, getting fit and having fun! The difficulty of the class is what we make it. We're both new, so our training partners (who are all more experienced) can push us as much as we want. All that with a friendly and experienced coach, I'd highly recommend this gym!

We had the chance to train at Growth BJJ while in Australia. Awesome experience all around. The coaching was excellent, everyone was super welcoming, and the atmosphere was great. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into the instruction and culture they’ve built. Really appreciate the hospitality and making us feel at home while traveling. Looking forward to dropping in again next time we’re in Australia.
