Amazing gym and environment to train in. The head coach Foxy is a top coach and one of the nicest gyms I have been around. I would highly recommend!

Have been coming here for 6 months and the place is amazing. Instructors are supper friendly, sessions are fun and you really feel the team spirit. There is a mix of male and female students, a male and a female owner/instructor. If you are out of shape and want to come train, people will be very supportive of that and will look after you. Great place

Absolutely wonderful place. Foxy and Shanny were hugely welcoming to me when I started training there in early 2024. I had recently recovered from an injury when I joined so they were especially supportive and accommodating to get me back to fitness! The vibe and range of training partners is incredible as well.

Really friendly environment. Highly recommend trying the place out. Perfect if you want to simply keep fit or if you want to be more serious and compete. It’s for everyone including kids classes and women only classes.
