My daughter has been attending here for almost a year . Love the fact it’s a very supportive family oriented gym ! Professor Rafa teaches with such passion & patience with the kids class. While Scott & Tony are so helpful with understanding & have very good clear communication skills .

My kids absolutely love training at Grappling Bros in Plumpton! The dojo has such a welcoming and positive vibe. Scott, Toni and the entire team are so lovely – you can tell they genuinely care about every student. The instructors are fantastic with the kids, keeping them engaged, motivated and constantly improving. It’s been amazing to watch our children grow in confidence and skill. Highly recommend this dojo to any family looking for a supportive martial arts community!

I've been training at this BJJ club for a while now, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially for beginners and women. From day one, the instructors have been incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to break down techniques clearly, and there's always a strong emphasis on safety and respect. I really appreciate how inclusive and supportive the environment is. There’s a great mix of training partners, and I’ve never felt out of place or intimidated. The women’s community here is strong, and it’s empowering to train alongside such encouraging teammates. Whether you're looking to learn self-defense, get in shape, or just try something new, this is a fantastic place to start your BJJ journey. I always leave class feeling more confident and motivated!

Absolutely love the atmosphere at Grappling Bros Plumpton! You come in to learn a new skill, and you walk away with so much more than what you expected. From the friendly team, to the energetic kids and the OG, Professor Rafael, you always leave each class with the biggest smile! Whilst it may seem daunting walking into your first class, everyone there takes the time and has the patience to help you learn the drills. The women's classes are also a great way to learn a combination of self defence and technical skill in a smaller setting. You cannot fault the environment that they have built here and everyone treats you as part of their one, big family.

Grappling bros welcomed our family with open arms. They have such a lovely staff with Toni and Scott at the front desk who always assists and with their professors who are absolutely amazing with the kids. I have seen a massive improvement in my son and I thank Gbros for being a part of his change. My son absolutely loves BJJ and always has a great time with his friends in class.
