    These guys are awesome. The coaches are knowledgeable and keep things fun. Its a very welcoming environment. Highly recommend this place.

    I attended my first class and am very excited to attend the second one. The instructor is clear in his instructions, and most importantly, he has other instructors to guide you. The mats are amazing, and as a health care professional, I must say the cleanliness is evident.
