    This spot is so sick I went there to check it out. The brothers that run it taught me how to grapple. I had 0 experience but now I can probably take on an intermediate grappler

    I attended my first class and am very excited to attend the second one. The instructor is clear in his instructions, and most importantly, he has other instructors to guide you. The mats are amazing, and as a health care professional, I must say the cleanliness is evident.
