Posted 1 year agoVery strong team who know how to teach kids and care deeply about safety. We appreciate Professor Vlad and Munshi’s focus on discipline. We tried several BJJ gyms with kids’ programs, and felt this was the most organized and well-run.
Posted 1 year agoFor those who are not new to the sport, I can hands down say, this has got to be the best gym out there. In just 10 months at this BJJ gym, I've experienced a transformation that I never thought possible. The credit for this incredible journey goes entirely to Coach Vlad, whose expertise surpasses that of any other school I've encountered in Singapore. Within the first month, every training session felt like watching an expertly crafted DVD. I not only relearned fundamental techniques but also made subtle adjustments that elevated my skills. By the third month, Coach Vlad had already shifted my approach in BJJ. Instead of relying solely on speed, I learned the value of perfecting each move, ensuring precision over haste. Around the six-month mark, I got my Purple belt & a pivotal realization dawned upon me: success in BJJ isn't merely about submitting opponents; it's about constructing an airtight, polished game. As I reached the eighth month, Coach Vlad imparted a piece of wisdom that resonated deeply with me: "basics are the first thing you learn and the last thing you master”. Now, in my tenth month of rigorous training, having dedicated countless hours to the mat and under the unwavering guidance received at this gym, I understand that the path to perfection is an extensive one. However, the horizon seems clearer, and the winds of progress is blowing in the right direction. You don’t know what you don’t know, and once you see Bjj in the eyes of your teacher, it’s like unlocking a perspective you never knew existed. This gym, has truly set me on a remarkable journey of growth and mastery in the world of BJJ.
Posted 2 years agoThe best BJJ school on the island and not only. We moved to Dubai last year and tried 3 schools there - trust me Vladimir and his coaches approach and knowledge is a very very high level. Recommended.
Posted 2 years agoMy son has been attending this class for one and a half years, and he still loves it, which is a big surprise to us as he’s not typically a sporty boy. He admires the coach Vlad, who teaches him not only defensive skills but also important life lessons such as being respectful, humble, persistent, and caring. The teammates and other assistant coaches are also friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this class!
