  • Cannot say enough good things about this place. The coaches are AMAZING, the place is impeccable and we have all made truly great friends in here. There is a program for everyone in the family! My son started in the Juniors class, I then joined the Combatives program, my daughter joined the Little Champs group as soon as she turned 5 and now, a few stripes, belts and even certifications later, we are still going strong. Great workout for your mind, body and soul! Absolutely, 110% recommended!

  • I love Gracie Jiu Jitsu Houston because I get to learn new Jiu Jitsu techniques from the best instructors ( Professor Jackson, Rafael, Brian, and among others) and to help other students who want to learn and improve their skills and understanding the philosophy in Jiu Jitsu. I highly recommend this Gym to those who want to learn and improve in Jiu Jitsu.

  • Absolutely love this place. It is very well organized and clean. The instructors are very nice, friendly and make sure everyone knows the technique while ensuring safety. Jackson, Brian, Rafael, Natalia, Sheree, Nancy, Marcos, Dennis, are all really great! Two months in and looking forward to more to come! If you are looking for a place to learn jiu-jitsu, look no further, this is the right one! Even it is 30mins away without traffic, I drive it a few times per week!

  • I took one of the Women Empowered self defense classes on their free trial, and I was sooo nervous to start, but the Gracie team made it SO easy!! They emailed me days in advance and answered all of the questions I didn't even know I had, and made me feel so much more comfortable to start. Once I got there everyone was so positive and happy to help out the new members. The other women in the class were friendly and welcoming and were sure to include anyone new. I am not athletic AT ALL and it was still easy to follow along and keep up. It was such a great atmosphere and made me excited to be around such strong women!! Definitely going back for more classes!

  • Two years ago, I had been looking to enroll my son in Jiujitsu. Gracie Jiu Jitsu has a 10 day free trial. After two classes we committed to be a member with GJJ and do not regret it. I've noticed my son's physical capabilities have excelled in not just Jiujitsu but also in physical sports and mental toughness. He is now my training partner at home After seeing my son's progression, I myself became a member. Their Combatives program is well organize and great for beginners and experienced people. When you get to their master cycle, you definitely notice the benefits from the Combatives classes. I've done trials with other local BJJ/MMA gyms but have negative experiences. The GJJ staff is very family oriented.
