Excellent instruction from quality instructors! I train at a different Gracie CTC out of state and have been fortunate enough to train at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Glendale, AŻ when I’m in town for summer vacation. I have always been welcomed here with open arms by the owner and all the students. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

If you are looking for self-defense school for yourself, your children, spouse, or your parents, and live anywhere near this school, there is no better place to train! This is an excellent school with great instructors. The head instructor, Greg, has taught me something useful & new every time I've gone to one of his classes. I've trained with many of Greg's team and they are all very knowledgeable, technical, and patient. The beauty of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu system is that it's for anyone, not just people who want to dominate in competitions. It is self-defense taught in a controlled, safe environment, meant to empower everyone of all ages and athletic ability; and Greg & his team do an exemplary job of delivering this curriculum. Greg is great with more advanced Jiu-Jitsu, and knows & can effectively teach many sportive techniques as well, which is taught in their advanced Jiu-Jitsu program, Master Cycle.

We love this place. Our kids have been here for a little over. A year and it has been instrumental to their growth. Greg is a wonderful teacher as are the other instructors. Every kid is so happy to be here. The prices are reasonable as well.

Don’t know where to begin. My experience in the Gracie Jiu Jitsu Combatives program has been nothing less than phenomenal. Don’t let the name fool you, the program is gentle and designed for individuals that want to learn self defense Jiu Jitsu and not get wrecked in the process. I also wanted to add that if you are a senior and looking for self defense, flexibility, and/or exercise, this is taylor made for you. And last but certainly not least, Coach Greg and crew are the best, and my fellow students are always eager to help. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to this facility for over 6 months now and I would recommend any of my family or friends to start their Gracie Jiu Jitsu journey. The curriculum is friendly for all ages and effective for self-defense. Greg, the head instructor, is most welcoming, professional and is passionate about teaching good jiu jitsu. All of the students are open-minded and welcoming as well. The facility is always clean and well maintained! Come on by and start your training!

Best place to have your kids learning this very helpful Martial Art. Besides being very good at Jiu-Jitsu, the couches are very helpful and are very good at talking about the possible dangers in the streets, at school, etc. The kids go through different character traits/values learning every 2 months, which is a great plus (respect, safety, sanitation, health, etc). Place is safe and clean for kids and everyone. Thank you for being such an important part of our community!

My wife and I signed up here about 4 months ago. We came in for a trial to see what it was all about, and there was no pressure at all during the trial process. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Glendale has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Greg Malloy is a great instructor. We are pleased with our decision to sign up here. Jiu-Jitsu is a great sport/art to take up for health, fitness, and self defense. I highly recommend this location. They offer programs for children and adults, beginner classes, and classes for more advanced.

I have been training with Greg at Gracie Glendale for over two years. Greg is the best. The academy’s is extremely welcoming to everyone. My son had some difficult times at other BJJ schools in the area before finding Greg’s school. My son and I love it at Gracie Glendale. Game changer!

I was in town for work. Called them up to see if i could drop in and train for a week. They told me to come on down. Beautiful clean facility with top notch detailed instruction and welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely would recommend if you are looking for a bjj school!

I have my whole family taking classes. It’s a great family location. The instructor, Mr Malloy, is good with all ages. He had made learning jiu jitsu understandable even for people like us who hadn’t had classes before. It has now become one of our favorite parts of the week.

I had been wanting to get our son into Gracie Jiu-Jitsu's Bullyproof program for a while, so when I saw this school open up so close to us, I was thrilled. He's been attending now for a month and absolutely loves it. Great environment and an excellent way to constructively get out all that energy.

Brand new to BJJ myself, and I couldn't ask for a better instructor and group. Everyone is exceedingly friendly, the classes are broken down in small, easy to digest lessons. The cost is great, enough variety for class times throughout the day and week, and classes specifically for women and children as well. Don't be intimidated, check it out!

I am new to jujitsu and have really come to enjoy the experience! I was concerned about learning such a new activity - I have no prior martial arts experience. Mr. Malloy’s instruction at Gracie Jiu Jitsu breaks down the art with excellent clarity at a pace that helps newcomers catch on! We got the family plan, so my wife, my boys, and I can all learn together. Highly recommend!
