Gracie Barra Paulton is such a great place to train. Everyone is really welcoming and friendly, which makes it easy to feel comfortable from day one. The coaches are brilliant and always take the time to help you improve, no matter your level or experience. The level of BJJ is really impressive, but the atmosphere is what makes the place special. Everyone pushes each other to get better while still keeping training fun and supportive. I’ve learned so much since joining and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about starting BJJ or looking for a great team to train with.

Very friendly and fun class, black belt class leader teaches very important self defence skills. My kids 4 & 8 years old love it. Can recommend it 100%.
