  I have had a lovely time visiting Gracie Barra Frome. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. I am new to Brazilian jiu jitsu and Gracie Barra in general is all inclusive no matter your background or level of fitness. I highly recommend giving jiu-jitsu a go.

  Amazing club highly recommend. My boys 8&7 have been going 2 years and the difference in them is brilliant. Inspires confidence and teaches discipline. Amazing coaches who work so well with even the most timid. Team work within the kids brings amazing friendships.
