I've had about as good of an experience as possible while taking classes here. Kyle and Alyssa are excellent instructors, great at making everyone feel safe, welcome, and included. During class, they're very attentive and regularly give encouragement along with tips or advice. I've also been impressed with how sincerely friendly everyone is, going beyond just being polite or cordial. People here take a genuine interest in you which makes it a great place to build real friendships if you want. I would strongly recommend taking classes if someone was even a little bit interested in jujitsu (or even if they weren't).

I absolutely love training at Chesterfield GB! The entire team is welcoming, supportive, and encouraging—no matter your experience level. I primarily attend the adult beginner classes, which are fantastic, but one of the standout highlights for me is the women’s class led by Alyssa. It’s always a popular session, and for good reason! It’s a fun, empowering way to meet new people, get a great workout, and learn valuable self-defense skills. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I am a student at Gracie Barra Chesterfield, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The classes are always well-structured, and the instructors are highly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with any questions you may have — all while being genuinely friendly. It’s more than just a place to train; it’s a welcoming community filled with wonderful people.

I scheduled a trial class and decided to enrolled at the moment it was done. One class was all that took. The place has a really good atmosphere and everyone is welcoming. I’ll complete one month and feeling hungrier to learn day after day. If you are looking for a place to learn something new and enjoy the process, GB Chesterfield is right to you.

My family is so grateful for Gracie Barra Chesterfield. Their care and kindness towards our children is amazing. My 9 and 7 year old can’t stop talking about how much fun they have. So thankful we found this place!!!!!
