Gracie Barra is one of the best places to feel at home in Calgary. The gym is very nice, always very clean. The coaches are incredible, and the leadership build a strong and safe environment for all of us. My daughter started practicing BJJ to help her with bullying at school, and I'm so proud how they teach her how to defend herself, how to de-escalate any fight and how to ask for help. After seeing all the changes in her positive behaviors' towards everything, I decided to try as well. It's being amazing 6 months already and I feel great! I enjoyed so much being there with all the new friends that I made and I feel stronger, happier and safer to practice with everybody in the mats. Gracie Barra is a great place to build a strong community of people who cares about each other.

I've been training at Gracie Barra Calgary for two years now. As someone who has trained at multiple gyms, this is by far the best I've ever been to. The culture and environment is second to none.

My daughter has trained here for 2+ years and it has become her second home. She loves the coaches and looks forward to her BJJ classes. The after school program is a godsend and amazing value as well! Highly recommend checking either GB Calgary location out.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the first day, we felt welcome in this great community that now we can call friends. I totally recommend this gym for adults and kids. The kid's program is great, and the instructors are very patient and caring.
