  I joined the gym a few months ago as a blue belt and felt welcomed from day one! Very high level coaching staff and facilities! Amazing energy in the classes and the ability to combine the BJJ practice with yoga lessons are super helpful. There are also great kids classes for different ages starting from 5 y/o and my 6 years old loves it! Highly recommended for all levels! 💯

  Amazing facilities and even better atmosphere. Classes available multiple times a day. I have been training here for years since white belt. Chris is a high level instructor. Highly recommended for all levels.

  Yoga Lab has the finest trainers, amazing facilities and great environment. Perfect place with a blend of Hot , Ashtanga , warm, Yin Yoga and Pilates. Just love my practise at Yoga Lab😊
