  I have been a member for over a year now , I train with my 12 year old son in the same class as it’s mixed children’s and Adults . It’s a great class to learn all aspects of martial arts . Coach Gary Cole’s is an exceptional teacher . I particularly like that I can train with my son . We train together and the discipline he’s learning from MMA is so valuable for myself and my son’s future .

  My daughter does martial arts for more than 1 year now and she loves it. The coach is great, and makes sessions fun yet he makes sure he teaches the children well. I really like it, my little boy will also go here when he will be older. I recommend this place, try it, you will love it👌

  Our little one has grown in confidence and enjoys the competitive but friendly nature of MMA. Gary is a great trainer, keeping the kids in check in a paternal manner, and ensuring they are having fun throughout the session.

  My 6 year old twins have been doing Gary's MMA classes for the last 10 months - they absolutely love it. Gary's patience, kindness and teaching skills towards the children are amazing. I cannot recommend his MMA classes highly enough.

  iv been attending GPC MMA for a few months now and look forward to every session. Gary is a great coach and supported well by the other coaches. It's a great class for people of any age. Excellent place to work out and learn to defend yourself and meet new people along the way.
