So sore. But so satisfied. Thank you to the team here, who handed me my ego, in pieces. Great energy. Great time. Highly recommended, if you are looking for a challenge.

Eamonn is an incredibly welcoming and supportive coach, especially when it comes to the kids classes. There are not many BJJ coaches out there that genuinely care about the progression and transformation of all their students, regardless of their goals - Eamonn is one of them. I cannot stress enough - if you're looking into BJJ or want to learn in a supportive, friendly and fun environment, Golden Fox BJJ is the place to do so.

Absolutely brilliant! Eamonn is an absolute top tier instructor for both kids and adults alike. Makes learning BJJ fun & playful whilst grounded in the discipline necessary for maximising long term growth potential.

We’ve just moved to Samford and joining Eamonn and the Golden Fox BJJ team has honestly been one of the best things we’ve done for our boys (and us!). Our eldest has already gained so much confidence and picked up some awesome skills in just a few months. Can’t wait to see where he takes it from here. Big thanks to Eamonn and Joe for being such great coaches and creating such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend! 💪🥋

Located in the mountainous area of Samford, the Golden fox jujitsu academy, led by head coach Eamonn, serves all those who come through the doors, from new comers up the higher belts Particularly enjoy the atmosphere and all the teachings delivered with high levels of precision and enthusiasm Also, love the non lock in contracts where if time off is required due to personal circumstances, then I can simply pay when I'm back in the door. Highly recommended this club
