Incredibly welcoming gym, very clean and well kept facilities. Though easy-going, there is also the opportunity for safe and high intensity training. 😀🤙
Been training here for 2 months as a beginner and really enjoying it. Matt and Emma have been very welcoming, and the higher belts are always willing to help you learn. Would highly recommend!
Great Gym Super friendly Good range of belts to train with and Matt is a legend, wealth of knowledge very helpful
Attended an open mat here for the first time & the atmosphere & people are super friendly & welcoming! The music playlist was also very cool 😎 (think Audioslave, Red Hot Chili Peppers, etc.)
Shed 12 has been such a positive experience for my son. Matt, Emma and the coaches are fantastic with kids—so patient and encouraging. He loves jiu jitsu and has learned so much. Thank you!
Great BJJ gym. The owner is a legit, highly skilled black belt who also happens to be incredibly friendly and welcoming. He teaches clearly, doesn’t waste time, and genuinely cares about helping people improve. The gym is clean, the training partners are respectful, and the overall vibe is easygoing but serious about learning. If you want solid jiu-jitsu learning, I would recommend here again and again.
