I've been doing martial arts here for the last 8-9 years.The instructors are excellent and the whole team really knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It's a laid back environment so anyone and everyone can come as they are. The kids program is fantastic and gives the kids a good base for self defense and discipline. Everyone MUST give this place a shot!!!
Posted 1 year agoNick has set up a great jiu jitsu program. The culture is great and as a new student, I feel like everyone is interested in me getting better. The kickboxing classes are also ran very well. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and want all the students to succeed.
Posted 1 year agoIve trained at many gyms, trust me when I say this gym is THE one with Amazing people, class structure, workout and training spaces. Improved my striking and grappling game tenfold at least. This absolutely is the place to be; very safe yet will greatly improve you. No bad egos and will feel very comfortable for beginners.

Posted 1 year agoGreat Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai classes. My son started at eleven years old and three years later he still loves coming to classes. The instructors spend one on one time with each student and really help them to meet their potential. The classes will also attend tournaments as a team, which my son really enjoys. As an added bonus, my son’s confidence has improved tremendously. My son recently moved to the adult classes and he continues to improve and enjoy the training. I strongly recommend this gym for anyone of any age.
