We have an 8-year-old that's been wrestling for the past 3 years at various different wrestling clubs.. We had heard about Animal House and how good it was and then finally decided to come over and join.. In less than 6 months we have already seen an incredible improvement in our son's wrestling.. Our son is a two-time state champion and a two-time national champion.. whether you want to learn wrestling for sport or learn arts of self-defense for life.. I recommend Animal House!.. if you've already wrestled at another club you might have to relearn a few things the correct way but if you trust the animal house system.. come to class.. drill..learn... you will see an amazing improvement if you decide to go back to tournaments.. this club has a unique different approach than most wrestling clubs.. At Animal house you can learn the most effective arts of self-defense and tie them all together.. Animal House is a family-friendly environment with something for everyone adults and children..

Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I went in with no experience or knowledge of the sport, and I immediately felt welcomed and encouraged by everyone there. I genuinely could not ask for a better coach. Manny encourages a positive, close-knit culture, and he genuinely cares about his students and their success. Training is always the highlight of my day! I would recommend Animal House to anybody.

I went to one of the Smoker fights for the first time last month. It was pretty amazing! Watching all of the fighters giving their all was great! I'll definitely go again.

The staff at Animal House - and the skills and expertise of the coach I worked with are great! I was a little out of my element coming into boxing just to learn a new skill. And everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Awesome family owned and managed gym. They do everything from BJJ, Club Wrestling, and kick boxing. They are very friendly and have excellent classes for men, women, and kids.

Great small gym on the west side! If you are interested in Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, MMA, wrestling, or Yoga, they offer it. I personally take their Yoga class on Sunday afternoons.
Manny and Carey are awesome! You won’t be disappointed!
