Had a great trial period with the Muay Thai class earlier this year. Couch wasn't feeling well on the final day but he still showed up. I didn't get any of that "please sign up and please leave a review pressure" the other guys and gals training there all seemed really cool and friendly. Definitely recommend if you want a positive place to improve you MMA skills. PS the Muay class is up stairs, that wasn't obvious to me when I showed up early the first time.

I’ve been training here since January and it’s been addictive. Both Professor Daniel Almeida and Braydon Fiveash are excellent coaches in their field of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai, with a great ability to teach people of all skill levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone I’ve trained with has been friendly and supportive. Overall, it’s an awesome place to learn martial arts and improve yourself. If you’re thinking about getting started, Jordyn in admin is also incredibly helpful and makes the whole process easy, whether it’s answering questions or helping you get set up for training.
