Posted 2 years agoGannon Martial Arts is one of the best Martial Arts in Leicester city. My children learnt karate here for past 3yrs. They took a break during covid and recently joined back Master Paul Gannon was more happy for them and started from were they left again. My children are very happy too to start back. I really appreciate and thank Master Paul Gannon for his dedicated teaching and how he cares for each individual child. Mum Neema

I train here 2/3 times a week and I couldn’t ask for a better place to train. All the staff are friendly and will do anything to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are always smiling and always want the best for every member of the club. Thank you Gannon’s MMA for always brightening my Monday’s Wednesday’s and Thursday’s and for helping me make a better me!!
I have been going to Gannons Martial Arts Academy for 10 years now. Not only does this academy have fantastic training it is such a friendly and welcoming place. When I first started I was very shy and nervous but the Gannon family made me feel welcome and helped me become the person I am today. I started when I was 8 years old and am still still attending classes at almost 18. The training for the children classes is amazing I remember having so much fun and not realising how complicated things I was learning were. Over the years I have been challenged a lot as the things they teach aren’t for people to come in, do once and master. They take years to learn. Only this year did I get my black belt and this shows how much dedication and skill it takes to pass the tests they set. The academy has taught me so much and I am grateful for that, I would 100% recommend coming and joining a class and keeping at it because after the years of training when you finally get you black belt you feel so much joy and pride I can’t describe it. I would also 100% recommend bringing your child to one of these classes, the instructors know what they are doing and won’t let your child get into any dangerous situations so you don’t need to worry about that. They teach children how to deal with situations using there minds and not their fists and they taught me how to deal with bullies at school without getting into fights
My son aged 7 has been attending the Gannon's Mixed Martial Arts kickboxing for a number of weeks now. His confidence has grown, his discipline has vastly improved and this is all credit to the highly skilled and professional instructors and their leadership. The instructors are patient yet attentive and know "exactly" how to develop your child's individual skills. Would highly recommend especially to other parents!!!
Gannons is an excellent place to learn MMA for what ever reason you want to learn be it for fitness or self defence. My son started training here 6 years ago and is now a black belt and it has changed his life he is much more confident. After seeing him achieve his black belt status I decided I would start my own journey with them . I would highly recommend this place to train so start your journey and join the Gannon family because they really do make you feel like part of the family
I have recently joined the academy and have been given a very warm welcome. I have no experience in martial arts and have started the beginner classes. I find the classes are exciting, fun and informative. They are a very supportive team and want to help you achieve your goals. Great atmosphere and lovely people to learn with! Whatever your ability or fitness, I highly recommend joining Gannon’s Mixed Martial Arts Academy
