I can’t say enough good things about Framework. It’s a very beginner-friendly gym to begin your BJJ training. Jacob and the other professors are extremely welcoming and help make new students feel like the most important person in the room. The lesson plans are very well thought out. Jacob clearly puts a ton of effort into planning and making sure each students training time is productive as possible. The gym has a very nice “community feeling” where everyone supports each other and wants to make the experience enjoyable. If you’re looking to start BJJ or change gyms you’d be crazy to not give framework a try.

I moved to Seattle seven years ago as a brand-new black belt and trained at several places before deciding to train full-time at Framework. The instruction has always been and continues to be top-notch. We are now in a brand-new space and have an incredibly welcoming environment with skilled practitioners.

This school is excellent. The vibe, students and instruction is all high level. I visit a lot of jiu jitsu schools and this one is definitely on the top of my list. If you are in Seattle and considering training, definitely stop by and try a class!

I've been training on/off at Framework for the last few years and have absolutely loved. I've always felt welcomed and all of the instructors are very knowledge about. Highly recommend for all levels.
