    Great group of people, coaches know what they're talking about and always helping you to improve, solid mat space and gym facilities, highly recommend an intro class for beginners or as a place to train to better yourself

    Immediately welcoming gym, both in Oldham & Stockport. Everybody looks out for each other, helping each other improve. The coaches also get stuck in to the rolls too, throwing out great advice if you're struggling. Personally lost over 2.5st in 8 months, seen massive improvements to my physical and mental health from BJJ alone. Really cannot thank Strategy enough!
