I have done a few different martial arts in my life, and belonged to a few different gyms. I can honestly say that this is the most welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring gym I have ever belonged to. I appreciate their practical approach to training, and the emphasis on being able to do techniques under pressure and with adrenaline. The instructors really care about your ability to defend yourself, not just test for a belt.

My daughter did a few sessions of the confidence course. She was very shy the first two times and eventually warmed up to entering class. The instructors were very welcoming but it ended up not being something she enjoyed which is ok. We may try again in a few years if she wants to. The atmosphere at Fortitude is very welcoming and has a family feel.

I've been training here personally for the past 8 months and have had nothing but positive experiences during my time. The staff are incredible, the facility is clean and well maintained, and classes they teach are top notch. Every class I've attended has instructors that are engaging and provide constructive feedback during training. I plan on training here for many years to come.

I have nothing but the best to say about the staff and the facility. The facility is very clean and comfortable. 5 stars for sure. I'd give 6 stars to the staff if I could. Each staff member I've spoke to has been professional, helpful, understanding, and compassionate. Fortitude has worked wonders for my daughter. She absolutely loves her classes. Brian on more than one occasion has spoke to me about things very personal to me and has treated me like family and offered me encouragement... it's easy to see he genuinely cares not only about my daughter but our family as a whole. To Brian and the rest of the fortitude staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are amazing!!
