Solid Jiujitsu here at Flow State from head coach Jai and his team. The mats are clean and people are respectful. Students roll with an appropriate amount of intensity and you can still get comp rounds if you prefer. Good music in the background at each class.

BJJ isn't about fighting -- it's about stay clam, be smart and strong in any situation. It helps my kids feel proud and confident, and also creates friendship. My boys loved it

10/10 10 star if i could. Girl fighter here, welcomed with opened arms from everyone esp the girl crew! 💜💜💜jai is so invested in his students, absolute attention to detail. The atmosphere is lovley a great bunch of people💜🫂home away from home , thankyou✅️

Flow State Jiu-Jitsu has been an amazing addition to ours and our kids lifes. Coach Jai and his wife Lisa are a credit to the Jiu-jitsu community. You can't ask for a better club to join! As soon as you walk through the door, everyone is both welcoming and supportive of you on your journey. Every student will go out of their way to help you develop your skills, sometimes at the expense of their own learning. The atmosphere is incredible, friendly and ensures that camaraderie is formed. Jai is a fantastic coach and will go out of his way to welcome you, encourage you and teach you all that he has learnt throughout his time in Jiu-jitsu. Put those nerves to one side and step through the door of Flow State. You won't regret it!!

Great gym. Everyone is friendly and really accommodating to beginners and advanced practitioners. The camaraderie in the gym is infectious. Jai is an outstanding teacher, very knowledgeable and delivers information in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend Flow State. You’ll only need to come in once to see it all for yourself.
