  One of the few options for kids programs in the Evergreen area. This newer business is located Downstairs at the 24 hour fitness gym. Great price and Friendly staff that are good with kids. My daughter likes .

  I've tried out a few martial arts gyms and there hasn't been one that's stuck until I found flow combat! They offer a flexible schedule to accommodate everyone, It's great for me since my evenings are tied up so I get a solid morning session with Coach Andrew and evenings when I'm available with head Coach Alex. They offer stand up and grappling techniques used in practical application. I've already noticed significant progress as I apply their techniques into sparring sessions. Special shout out to the coaches Andrew, Alex and Adam I appreciate all their positive energy and attention to detail they makes sure no one gets left behind regardless of skill level! Additionally none of this would be possible without the culture they help cultivate there. I've found a team of great people who continually help me better!!
