  The instructor is both professional and detailed in teaching effective martial arts. I would recommend going to the school for both children and adults.

  Sensei Alex Singer does several things right: - he leads by example: he is extremely fit and focuses on the "body" as mach as on the mind - he has several black belts, martial arts clearly is his love, and he teaches very difficult disciplines: Modern Arnis (amazing stuff), Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, etc. - he has a knack for teaching respect and self-respect His skill is great, he radiates calm resolve to others and he knows how to teach. What more can you ask for. Like with all martial arts: make sure you bring your own resolve to stick with it. Belts take practice and resolve.
