I've been training at this gym's Fight Club for two months now and it was the best decision. The trainer is excellent - very experienced and gives everyone individual advice. The boxing courses are intensive and offer a perfect mix of technique, endurance and fitness. No matter whether you are a beginner or advanced, the training always challenges you and helps you improve. Even if you don't want to take boxing or fitness seriously, the trainer will support you and help you develop at your own pace. The atmosphere is motivating and the community is great. I can only recommend this gym!
