It’s hard to find a coach who is passionate, knowledgeable and experienced to create a perfect program for the student to achieve one’s wellness and fitness goals. After watching his videos for several month I finally pulled a trigger. I’m kinda person that very skeptical about trying, implementing something new (I have my routine established for decade plus ) ,- but what Arseniy was able to uncover and help me during first couple sessions is simply amazing. Glad to have him by my side and fortunate to connect with awesome human! If you looking for the holistic approach to improve your Health - he is must to have! I participated in a women's self defense class and had a great time learning the very basics. I have absolutely 0 martial arts experience but Arseniy was very patient and kind as he explained and demonstrated different techniques repeatedly. Everything he showed us felt intuitive, and I feel much more confident in my ability to defend myself if I ever needed to (though I hope I never have to). My husband has been studying martial arts with Arseniy for over 10 years, and I was able to get out of different practice wrist and neck holds after this class!

I have been studying martial arts most of my life and I have come across many great teachers. Arseniy stands alone he is a master of his craft- martial art, fitness and life. Come see for yourself you will not regret the visit.

This a must in your life. Arseni is the best teacher I have ever had!!! It has been the best stress reliever after work. To learn from someone who cares so much about your progress is absolutely priceless. He's able to push you past your limits to really unlock your full potential.

I've spent many years watching Fight & Heal grow into the successful business that they are today. Arseniy is without a doubt an incredibly dedicated and professional Sensei 👏 Just attended the first Fight & Heal Women's Wellness Class and it was such an incredible experience. We learned so many useful tools from breathwork to defense strategies. Will definitely be attending the next one 🙌
