Fantastic coaches and program for kids. We have been so impressed with how amazing all the coaches are. My 5 yo has loved coming here and the learning and discipline are outstanding and just the perfect level for each age group. Thank you to all the staff and coaches for doing such a great job !

Excel is a great place to train Jujitsu. I felt very welcomed by all the instructors and students. Everyone really seems to care about each other and that is reflected in the training. Its extremely safe when starting out, allowing time for you to learn technique while getting your body in shape without the risk of injury. If you’ve always wanted to train but we’re hesitant, come to a class! It’s clean, safe, and a lot of fun.

My kids are in 2nd/5th grade and just love Excel taekwondo! The primary teachers are long tenured black belts and one is even a certified Master instructor! What's really awesome though is they often have a couple older kids who are purple to black belts that support and assist on the younger kids classes. My kids just love the coaching from their older peers and it's such a cool learning and mentoring experience for all the kids! Another great thing about Excel is their fun culture of traveling to tournaments around the Midwest and all the kids do an amazing job supporting each other at the tournaments! The gym is super popular so the classes are pretty big, but even there big classes create a lot of energy so a little bit too big is better than too small.

My son has really enjoyed taking classes with Excel. It is a great mix of learning techniques and having fun together. He is learning skills that will benefit him for a lifetime. I can't wait to see how far my son goes!

My daughter loves the Gracie Jui Jitsu course, however it is pretty expensive in my opinion. I want to keep attending, but not sure it is worth the monthly cost.

My kids did not learn anythings coming here. They teach my kids the same stuffs for month and months. The kids got bored and did not want to go there anymore. Then if you cancel, they will charge you 1 month fee for cancellation fee according to the owner said . What a ripoff
