  Evolve has the best schedule for MMA training. Training under the world champions makes me feel so much stronger physically and mentally. Evolve mates are also super supportive. We connect up both with the students and instructors outside the gyms as well. We push and support each other. I am always looking forward to my training daily at Evolve.

  Had an amazing experience with the half hour boxing trial I’ve booked today. Gerald the manager was very professional n helpful throughout my time at the gym. He cordially answered all my queries and even inspired me to start exercising again. As I’ve stopped my PT training with a local gym for awhile. Also, my boxing coach, SuperBank was 👍🏻. He made the half hour trial class very fun n taught me some basic techniques. I had a good workout though only half hour. Thank you for the excellent service. Looking forward to my weekly boxing sessions with Evolve, Orchard Central soon.

  My dad came for a trial class of BJJ as his first step to getting active again for my graduation- ended up breaking 3 ribs during the trial. I understand that there are risks involved but shouldn’t there be some regulations or cautions in place to prevent/minimise such situations from occurring especially for those who are just starting out? Happy to provide proof to back my claim; his opponent was allowed to have his elbow pinned on my dads ribs for an extended period of time.
