I've been training at Evolve Grappling since the beginning of December and I'm absolutely thrilled. The people there are fantastic – you learn from each other, motivate one another, and always have fun on the mat. The gym is perfect for all levels: very beginner-friendly, but thanks to ambitious training partners and well-attended open mats, it's also great for competitors. The playful training approach in sparring, instead of mindless drills, is especially enjoyable and really helps you progress. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and extremely motivating. Highly recommended!

Simply a fantastic place! I was there for Open Mat and have nothing but positive things to say. The people were incredibly friendly and genuinely good. The mats and the atmosphere itself are also top-notch. You couldn't spend your Sunday morning any better. See you next time! :)

I can highly recommend training at Evolve Grappling. I've been there several times on Sundays for Open Mat and have always felt very welcome. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming, everyone is helpful, and you can learn a lot. The mat area is always clean, and hygiene is clearly a top priority. Both the people and the facilities create a pleasant, almost living-room-like atmosphere. I always enjoy going there!
