  I highly recommend Enlightenment Martial Arts to anyone looking to learn a combative sport, stay active, and have fun in a supportive and welcoming environment. The coach is incredibly kind and patient, giving equal attention and support to students of all experience levels. My children attend the kids' class, and they absolutely love it! They look forward to every session, and I've seen the discipline they learn in class positively impact their daily lives. The atmosphere is low-key and relaxed, making it a great place for both kids and adults to train. If you're curious or considering trying martial arts, this is the perfect gym to start your journey!

  If your’re looking for a year round activity for your kid(s) Enlightenment Martial Arts is the perfect place for them to practice BJJ and/or Muay Thai. The instructor is judgement free and is so helpful and patient with kids of all ages! He is serious and holds the kids accountable in and outside of the gym, but he also knows how to engage and have fun too. My kiddo always leaves with a smile and having learned something new.

  I just recently started coming a few weeks ago this is such an amazing and welcoming group where everyone can go at their own pace and its a great fun way to get some excersice i absolutely love it here and look forward to coming everyday!

  By far the best community not only for your physical well being, but your mental. You are a family here. You are loved, welcomed with open arms, and absolutely cherished as a whole. You will never feel out of place here, because they are keen on always making sure you feel at your absolute best ! I would recommend this a million times over to anyone looking for a positive change in their lives .

  I got into the best shape of my life going here. I took a hiatus, was welcomed back with open arms, and am back on my way to getting into the physical shape I want to be. Plus, learning all the martial arts has been amazing and informative.
