  Both my children train here. The confidence and life skills they have learnt is unrivalled. The way that BJJ is taught here is in a way that the child enjoys the sport with minimum risk of injury in a very controlled and intimate atmosphere. There are just enough people for the instructor to have full attention on every client. Can’t recommend enough.

  If you're looking to improve your game or even try something new in the world of martial arts you could do much worse than take a class here. Gym has a changing room, large matted area with cage wall and a resistance/ cardio area. The instructors are seriously knowledgeable and experienced in their fields (BJJ and May Thai) so they have all the bases covered for MMA. So far I've attended the striking for MMA class (think technical striking) which is really good and the no gi BJJ class. Class sizes are small enough that you can get a lot out of them and the guys there are all friendly (no massive egos here). They also have kids BJJ classes which seem popular (well worth having your kids try this) as well as a few classes ran throughout the day which is great for shift workers who can't attend in the evening.

  Great atmosphere and very welcoming to new students! The personal training available from Paul is 2nd to none and the results I have seen have been outstanding.
