  Extremely welcoming. I don't manage to get to many training sessions due to work commitments but every time I do manage to make it I'm always welcomed back by everybody. If you're looking to train somewhere seriously or just on the occasion then this is the best place for it.

  Great place to train. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. Classes are suitable for all levels, so give it a go. I can't recommend it enough.

  Knowledgable coach with a legitimate lineage, great team mates to train with and an all round welcoming atmosphere. Good for anyone from competitors to someone wanting to lose a bit of weight. Highly recommended.
